How to be blissful?

Are you anxious of what is going to happen next or are you tense about your loved one not being good to you.

Here are some tips which will help you get over it…!

  1. No expectations please.
  2. Consider the worst case in advance before you accidentally meet with it.
  3. Why to be worried for something which is temporary?
  4. It’s not end of life.
  5. Let him/her be crazy today. Tomorrow is mine.
  6. Most of the them are nonsense at one point of time.
  7. Sleep for some time.
  8. Take a deep breathe in and out.
  9. Laugh out loud.
  10. Chill out.
